This report has been produced to help to explain the outcomes and impacts of the four initial development scenarios that have been produced as part of the Joint Core Strategy (JCS) ‘Developing the Preferred option’.

Specifically, the report considers the findings of the scenario testing through the Gloucestershire Affordability Model (GAM); a tool commissioned by the six districts and County Council of Gloucestershire in order to help understand the impacts of delivering different levels of development to meet a range of needs.
